Coach Verena Lampart
Ever since I can remember I was fascinated by humans. By what you say, how you say it, what your body language is telling, how you appear and how you want to appear. I realized early in life that I have a talent to put myself into another ones shoes.
Since youth, people came to me to tell me their stories and contemplate their problems, showing trust in me, seeking advice. I’ve always listend very attentively, asking the right questions here and there.
But then, I didn’t know how to use this for my career and studied my second passion, geology. In my early 40’s I came across coaching, have found my calling, studied it and made a dream come true.
On my journey to become a coach I have learned a lot, and also a lot about myself. I have become „a better version of myself“. And with „better“ I don’t mean higher performances and achievements, I mean higher quality of life. I’ve gained peace of my mind, serenity, self-assurance, I know my talents and my borders, I’ve gained every-day joy, trust, hope, believe and happiness.
